This aim of this research is to highlight the importance of personal and organizational
development for the Buddhist Sangha and Buddhist organizations. The Sangha and members of
Buddhist organizations have the vital roles of propagating Buddhism, acting as spiritual leaders,
and developing Thai society. The research discusses the development of Buddhist study and
practice on the one hand, and life quality on the other.
