In the first chapter, ‘Introduction’, of this thesis, all introduction is given from origin
of human resource management in India, under the title of ‘Where from?’ and ‘Where
to?’ The value of context of HRM in India, Indian HRM in transition along with purpose
of topic selection is studied, while in the second chapter, ‘Review of Literature’ contains
the introduction, Education-2007, Challenges and opportunities in India’s development,
University Education in India, India has the largest higher education system in the world,
officers and authorities of the universities are studied.
