This paper presents the findings of a cross-cultural satisfaction survey carried out among domestic tourists who visited Goa from different states. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are significant differences in the satisfaction levels between domestic tourists from various states regarding Goa as a holiday destination. It also tries to find out if satisfied tourists are likely to recommend and return to Goa. From the analysis it was found that there is no significant difference in the satisfaction level of domestic and they were likely to return and recommend Goa as a holiday destination. Further statistical techniques like Cross Tabulation, Chi Square Test and Kruskal Wallis Test were used to analyse the data.
