This article aims to study the poverty problem of the people in ThaKhoei Subdistrict, Tha Chang District, Surat Thani Province. and find ways to solve poverty problems by using the principles of community enterprises to promote careers for people to be self-reliant by producing their own products and selling them by themselves by integrating with the government Civil society and the private sector in developing the grassroots economy to achieve stability, prosperity and sustainability. for people to have access to government policies and budget for funding Innovation and production tools including knowledge such as research, packaging development marketing promotion, etc. It was found that applying the aforementioned principles to solving poverty problems in ThaKhoei Subdistrict, Tha Chang District, Surat Thani Province really had a positive effect on the people. increase people’s income have a good diet and have warmth in the family from career development by promoting community enterprises achieved by applying the results of the development of a model of women’s roles in driving sustainable community enterprises to adapt to solve poverty problems is the BSSC model which consists of 4 important factors: 1) Budget (B ) 2) State policy (S) 3) Social and economic conditions (S) and 4 ) network coordination (C) and all 4 elements must work together.to develop a model of the roles in driving sustainable community enterprises.
